Better Health. Stronger Communities. One Life at a Time.

At Health Ministries of America (HMA), we believe that everyone—regardless of zip code, income, or background—deserves access to life-changing healthcare. We're a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to helping people take control of chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and heart disease through affordable, accessible, and faith-driven care.

Our innovative "Buy One, Give One" model allows every paid membership to provide free medication and services to someone in need. When you join HMA, you're not just investing in your own health—you’re answering the call to love your neighbor and uplift underserved communities across America.

Whether you’re looking to lose weight, lower your blood pressure, manage diabetes, or feel healthy again—HMA is here to help you reclaim your life.

Our Vision

To see every church become a beacon of health and hope, addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs within their community.

Our Mission

To provide high-quality, affordable care to people with chronic health conditions—empowering individuals to thrive through clinical excellence, community partnerships, and a purpose-driven model of service.

What Makes Us Different?

  • Faith-Rooted Care: We partner with churches and Christian organizations to support healing of the body and soul.

  • Buy One, Give One: Each paid subscription funds free care for an uninsured or underserved patient.

  • Integrative Care Team of Expert Providers: Our medical team includes board-certified physicians, nurse practitioners, and registered dietitians, and pharmacists.

  • GLP-1 Medications/RPM Included: Eligible members receive access to weight loss injections and remote monitoring at no extra cost.

  • Telehealth Access: We combine telehealth convenience with local partnerships to serve communities in Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia, and Georgia—and we’re growing.

  • Chronic Disease Focused: we focus on specific chronic diseases (diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, chronic kidney disease). We do not provide acute care allowing us to become experts while giving the patients the time with providers to discuss their concerns.

About Us

1. Who We Are

Health Ministries of America (HMA) is a nonprofit organization operated by Brighter Day Health Foundation, Inc., a federally recognized 501(c)(3) public charity. We exist to reverse the burden of chronic illness—diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and heart disease—among underserved communities by combining faith, medical science, and community action.

3. Our Relationship with Integra Clinical Services

Integra Clinical Services, LLC is a for-profit medical practice and one of HMA’s approved clinical partners. They provide medical consultations, prescriptions (including GLP-1 medications), and chronic care services to eligible participants. HMA pays Integra (and other clinical partners) fair-market rates under a documented, independently reviewed services agreement. No charitable donations are transferred to Integra for private gain.

5. How Your Donation is Used

Donations to HMA are used exclusively for charitable purposes including:
- Providing care to uninsured or underinsured patients
- Offering subsidies for medications and meal plans or diet kits
- Supporting our Better Health Blueprint Challenge in churches and communities of need
- Producing patient education materials, support tools, and coaching services

2. Our Service Delivery Model

To deliver high-quality care at scale, HMA partners with licensed clinical providers across the United States. These clinical services may be delivered by both nonprofit and for-profit medical teams who operate independently. All services provided through these partners meet the same standard of care and are reviewed to ensure alignment with HMA’s mission.

4. Transparency and Ethical Governance

HMA is governed by an independent Board of Directors. Any relationship involving potential conflicts of interest—such as services from related parties—is reviewed and voted on only by board members with no financial interest. We affirm that no individual profits from charitable donations made to HMA, and we maintain complete transparency in all funding, partnerships, and pricing structures.

About Us

1. Why Transparency Matters

At Health Ministries of America (HMA), we believe that trust is earned through transparency, accountability, and integrity. As a public-facing nonprofit organization, we’re committed to full disclosure about how we operate, who we partner with, and how your support makes a difference.

4. Ethical Financial Practices

We do not funnel donations to for-profit entities. Instead, donations are used to fund:
- Free or subsidized care for uninsured patients
- Community health initiatives and education
- Program development and expansion in high-need areas

Self-pay fees paid by patients for services are collected by our clinical partners and are not tax-deductible.

2. Our Nonprofit Structure

HMA is operated by Brighter Day Health Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation. We deliver life-changing chronic disease reversal programs in underserved communities, focusing on diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and heart disease. Our services are rooted in faith, powered by clinical science, and sustained by the generosity of donors, partners, and foundations.

5. Governance and Oversight

HMA is governed by an independent Board of Directors. All decisions involving potential conflicts of interest—such as contracts with clinical partners—are reviewed and approved only by board members with no financial interest in those relationships.

3. Our Clinical Partners

To ensure quality care and national reach, HMA partners with licensed medical professionals—including both nonprofit and for-profit clinics. Some clinical services, including prescriptions and consultations, are provided by Integra Clinical Services, LLC- Ga or other external clinical partners (ECPs). These providers operate independently under formal service agreements and maintain their own insurance and licensure.

6. Our Promise to You

We promise to operate with the highest ethical standards, provide accurate public reporting, and remain true to our mission. If you ever have a question about how we operate or use our resources, we welcome your inquiry.
